This prototype was created by PouchCraft using ALP branding to demonstrate how our tall-format aluminum can could function as a premium branded accessory.

The 2-Piece Tall Can — ALP Prototype

The PouchCraft Tall Can is a precision-machined aluminum nicotine pouch container designed to increase storage capacity while maintaining the familiar footprint of a standard pouch can. This ALP prototype demonstrates how custom laser engraving can be applied to the anodized aluminum body to create a clean, durable branded accessory aligned with ALP’s design language.

Precision Aluminum Construction — CNC-machined anodized aluminum body with knurled grip for durability and secure handling.

Tall-Format Capacity — Deeper internal chamber holds approximately 40 pouches while maintaining the diameter of a standard pouch can.

Minimal Two-Piece Design — Precision press-fit lid and body construction creates a clean, durable everyday carry format without the need for threads.

Airtight O-Ring Seal — A precision silicone O-ring creates a compression seal that helps preserve pouch freshness while protecting contents from moisture, dust, and spills.
