3-Piece Can — Topography Grid

The 3-Piece Can is a precision-machined aluminum nicotine pouch container designed to provide dual-compartment storage within the footprint of a standard pouch can.

This concept demonstrates how custom engraving — specifically a continuous topography grid pattern — can be applied to the 3-piece can to create a clean, durable branded accessory aligned with on!’s design language.

Precision Laser Engraving
Deep laser engraving permanently marks the anodized aluminum lid with crisp detail. The design is etched directly into the metal for a durable finish that will not peel, fade, or wear away.

Dual-Compartment 3-Piece Design
The three-piece construction creates a dedicated upper compartment for storing used pouches or separating flavors, while the lower compartment stores fresh pouches within a compact, pocket-friendly footprint.

Compact Capacity
Despite maintaining the size of a traditional pouch can, the design comfortably stores approximately 30 pouches while allowing flexible organization between compartments.
