This concept explores a 3-piece dual-compartment tin in a silver anodized finish, designed as a refined everyday-carry accessory aligned with the VELO brand, with potential for premium or limited-run programs.

3-Piece Tin | Silver Anodized | Concept Edition

The 3-Piece Tin is a precision-machined aluminum nicotine pouch container designed to provide dual-compartment storage within the footprint of a standard pouch tin. The primary concept features a debossed VELO logo machined directly into the lid before anodizing, creating a seamless tone-on-tone branded finish. Laser-engraved treatments are also shown as alternative design options.

Machined Debossed Logo: The logo is recessed directly into the aluminum lid before anodizing. The silver anodized finish is then applied across the entire surface, creating an integrated tone-on-tone design with dimensional depth and lasting durability.

Alternative Laser Engraving: Laser engraving can also be applied after anodizing to create a higher-contrast logo treatment with crisp detail and a permanent finish designed not to peel, fade, or wear away.

Dual-Compartment 3-Piece Design: The three-piece construction creates a dedicated upper compartment for storing used pouches or separating flavors, while the lower compartment stores fresh pouches within a compact, pocket-friendly footprint.

Compact Capacity: Despite maintaining the size of a traditional pouch tin, the design comfortably stores approximately 30 pouches while allowing flexible organization between compartments.

Precision Aluminum Build: CNC-machined anodized aluminum body with knurled grip for durability, corrosion resistance, and secure handling.

Sealed O-Ring Closure: A silicone O-ring creates a compression seal that helps preserve pouch freshness while protecting contents from moisture, dust, and spills.
