There was a small glitch in the ordering system but Ryan made sure to make it right immediately. I will always support someone who stands behind their products and makes sure customers are happy. The product itself is awesome. I almost bought a forty five dollar pouch can just to get a separator but I am glad I checked PouchCrafts website first. Ryan said they were originally three dimensional printed but are now made from TPU or food grade silicone. You can tell he put a lot of effort into improving the design. Thanks Ryan.
