Slim 2-Piece Can — ALP Prototype

The PouchCraft Slim Can is a precision-machined aluminum nicotine pouch container designed for a compact everyday carry experience while maintaining the familiar diameter of a standard pouch can. This ALP prototype demonstrates how custom laser engraving can be applied to the anodized aluminum body to create a clean, durable branded accessory aligned with ALP’s design language.

Precision Aluminum Construction — CNC-machined anodized aluminum body with knurled grip for durability and secure handling.

Slim Everyday Carry Format — Low-profile design holds approximately 30 pouches while maintaining the diameter of a standard pouch can for comfortable pocket carry.

Minimal Two-Piece Design — Precision press-fit lid and body construction creates a clean, durable everyday carry format without the need for threads.

Airtight O-Ring Seal — A precision silicone O-ring creates a compression seal that helps preserve pouch freshness while protecting contents from moisture, dust, and spills.
