Tall 2-Piece Can — Concept Edition

The PouchCraft Tall Can is a precision-machined aluminum nicotine pouch container designed to increase storage capacity while maintaining the familiar footprint of a standard pouch can. This concept demonstrates how custom engraving can be applied to the anodized aluminum body to create a clean, durable branded accessory developed for ROGUE’s design language.

Precision Aluminum Build — CNC-machined anodized aluminum body with knurled grip for durability and secure handling.

Tall-Format Storage — Deeper internal chamber holds approximately 40 pouches while maintaining the diameter of a standard pouch can.

Minimal Two-Piece Design — Precision press-fit lid and body construction creates a clean, durable everyday carry format without the need for threads.

Sealed O-Ring Closure — A precision silicone O-ring creates a compression seal that helps preserve pouch freshness while protecting contents from moisture, dust, and spills.
