This prototype was created by PouchCraft using ALP branding to demonstrate how our Wingman platform could translate into a premium branded accessory.

The Wingman — ALP Prototype

The Wingman is a precision-machined aluminum nicotine pouch container designed to combine compact dual-compartment storage with discreet everyday utility. This ALP prototype demonstrates how the PouchCraft Wingman platform can support custom brand engraving while introducing an integrated bottle opener feature built directly into the base of the can.

Built-In Bottle Opener Base
The Wingman platform incorporates a precision-machined bottle opener integrated directly into the base of the can. The feature remains visually subtle during normal use while providing a convenient utility tool when needed.

Precision Laser Engraving
Deep fiber laser engraving permanently marks the anodized aluminum lid with crisp detail. The design is etched directly into the metal for a durable finish that will not peel, fade, or wear away.

Dual-Compartment 3-Piece Design
The three-piece construction creates a dedicated upper compartment that can be used for storing used pouches or separating flavors. The lower compartment stores fresh pouches while maintaining a compact, pocket-friendly footprint.

Compact Capacity
Despite maintaining the size of a traditional pouch can, the design comfortably stores approximately 30 pouches while allowing flexible organization between compartments.

Precision Aluminum Construction
CNC-machined anodized aluminum body with knurled grip for durability, corrosion resistance, and secure handling.

Airtight O-Ring Seal
A precision silicone O-ring creates a compression seal that helps preserve pouch freshness while protecting contents from moisture, dust, and spills.
